LITHONEX GREASE

PENSOL LITHONEX is lithium base grease having excellent extreme pressure properties. These greases also contain anti-oxidant, anti-rust properties and have better shear stability, high load carrying capacity with anti-weld properties. The EP additive provides excellent film stability to withstand shock load fatigue stresses and thereby extend the service life of lubricated parts. These are available in NLGI 1, 2 and 3 consistencies.

    Application

    These are suitable for plain & antifriction bearings of industrial machinery used in Sugar Mills, Textiles Mills, Paper Mills, and Heavy Engineering Units. Also recommended for Mining, Chemical Industries, Steel Plants, etc., where contacting surfaces are subjected or exposed to heavy pressure and shock loads. They also perform well in water ingression condition like paper plant, steel rolling mill applications etc.
