Mr. C.B. Khemka was and will always remain a source of inspiration for the entire PENSOL family. Since inception in 1960s, under his astute leadership, PENSOL has achieved reputation and stature in the market. He was a visionary who ensured that PENSOL lives up to the expectations of customers and grows along with them. His entrepreneurial acumen, tireless focus on improvement and relentless belief in leverage technology for good has made PENSOL achieve milestones year after year.

A philanthropist, he had successfully led the Nagarmal Modi Seva Sadan, a multispecialty hospital in the capacity of its President from 2000 to 2003. His inclusive model of leadership and success has seen him become the Founder Chairman of the GIANTS group in 1982. He was also a part of the advisory group of GIANTS International. A keen social figure, Mr. C.B Khemka actively contributes for varied social causes. Supporting villagers, medical causes and being actively involved in social help is very close to his heart.

Mr. Binod Khemka is a chartered accountant by qualification and a specialist in Finance and Marketing. His keen focus and deep understanding of the markets gives him the ability to project and predict the way in which market dynamics and forces can impact business. With his extra ordinary leadership, PENSOL always takes pioneering and innovative steps towards exceeding expectations and being ahead of the competition.

He is very active socially; a trait that has seen him serving the LIONS club, Indore as its Honorary Secretary. LIONS international has acknowledged his services to the organisation by granting him a Melwin Jones Fellowship (MJF) in LIONS international.

Mr. Manoj Khemka has a direct role to play in the success of the R & D team. Under his able guidance and leadership, the R & D team which constantly enhances the product lines with new and improved products. PENSOL would not have reached the great heights that it has without their efforts. A 'hands on' leader, Manoj has inspired the R & D team to go beyond its limitations and come up with revolutionary products.

A marketing man to the core, Mr. Sanjay Khemka has spearheaded the growth of the marketing efforts of PENSOL. His astute marketing skills have led to deeper penetration of PENSOL products in the market. Complimenting his marketing skills, his financial acumen has seen him lead the group's treasury functions astutely. An efficient man-manager, he has also looked after the Human Resources wing of the organisation.

CSR activities are close to his heart, which is evident in the fact that he was founder chairman of Sanjeevani - a social organisation in Ranchi. He is also actively involved in other social causes that are dedicated to upliftment of underprivileged.
