Quality Assurance

Pensol has two world-class blending plants, located at Pithampur (M.P.) and Namkum (Jharkhand). These state of the art plants are certified with ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 for Environment Management System and OHSAS 18001:2017 for Occupational Health & Safety System.

The backbone of Pensol is Research & Development for which both plants have their own quality control laboratory. Our R&D facilities include ultra sensitive instruments, computerized analyzers, scanners and sensors. It is a matter of pride to us that the entire range of Pensol products has been born out of own Research & Development efforts. Our strengthen quality work has obtained prestigious National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) ISO 17025:2017. The credit for this success in large measures goes to our team of highly dedicated and qualified technicians. All tests conducted by technicians are carried out in accordance with Bureau of Indian Standards (B.I.S.), American Society for Testing and Materials (A.S.T.M.) and other Global Standards.

Pensol believes that quality cannot be achieved through random checks over the final product, but has to be built into every stage of manufacture. In line with this commitment, we have a “Total Quality Management Plan”.
