STAYCUT S

PENSOL STAYCUT S is a general purpose soluble cutting oils of the non - EP additives formulated by using mineral base oils, emulsifier and bactericide. This gives a stable milky emulsion. It perform well in wide range of metal working operations.

    Application

    It is recommended for metal cutting, turning, boring, threading, drilling, shaping, grinding, & milling operations on metals such as Cast Iron, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Bronze, Brass, Aluminum, other Alloys and hard metals. Dilution condition depends on the nature and severity under operation. It is recommended for 5-15% concentrations.

      • Highly stable milky white emission up to 400 ppm hard water, Superior cooling property and lubricant strength give better cooling properties which remove heat easily and avoid cheap welding.
